Course Overview
Excel is not just a spreadsheet. It is the most widely used data tool in the world. Most people know SUM and VLOOKUP. We start there, but we quickly move to INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, dynamic arrays, FILTER, SORT, and UNIQUE. These are the functions that separate someone who uses Excel from someone who commands it.
PivotTables are the most powerful data analysis tool in Excel. You will learn to build them, group them, add calculated fields, and connect them with slicers and timelines for interactive filtering. Then we add Power Query for ETL: connecting to databases, transforming messy data, and building repeatable data pipelines without writing code.
VBA is where you automate the boring stuff. You will write macros that clean data, format reports, and run on a button click. Not just recorded macros. Real VBA with loops, conditionals, error handling, and worksheet manipulation. Then we finish with Power Pivot and DAX for a proper business intelligence dashboard.
Six weeks. Short, focused, and practical. Every week you build something you can use at work the next day. By the end, you can turn raw data into an interactive executive dashboard with Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX.

Monday to Saturday, with batches starting at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Each slot runs up to two hours — sometimes a session finishes early, never late. Pick whichever time fits around college or work, and move to another later if your timetable changes; it is the same Advanced Excel syllabus in each. We are closed on Sunday.
