Course Overview
Django is not just a framework. It is an opinionated way of building web applications that has been battle-tested at Instagram, Pinterest, and Disqus. We start with Python fundamentals that Django relies on: decorators, context managers, class-based inheritance. Not theory. The actual patterns you will see in every Django codebase you work with.
The ORM is where most Django developers get stuck. We do not just teach you filter() and exclude(). We teach you what SQL Django generates, when to use select_related vs prefetch_related, and how to spot the N+1 query problem that is silently killing your page load. You will build models with proper relationships, write migrations that do not break production, and understand why the admin is not just a toy.
Django REST Framework is the industry standard for building APIs with Django. You will build serializers that handle nested data, viewsets that keep your code DRY, and proper authentication with JWT. Then we go async with Django Channels for real-time WebSockets, add Celery for background jobs, and wire up Redis for caching. These are the pieces that make Django scale.
The final module is deployment. Not a tutorial. You will Dockerize your Django app with PostgreSQL and Redis, set up Nginx as a reverse proxy, configure SSL with Let's Encrypt, and deploy to a real VPS. You will integrate Stripe for payments, set up Sentry for error tracking, and configure CI/CD with GitHub Actions. Sixteen weeks, and you can architect and ship a Django SaaS platform.

- Static files and media: STATICFILES_DIRS, MEDIA_ROOT, django-storages for S3, and why local file serving is a bad idea
- Custom management commands: writing commands, arguments, and using them for cron jobs and data imports
- Django admin customization: list_display, list_filter, search_fields, custom actions, and inline admin for related models
- Signals: pre_save, post_save, pre_delete, and why signals are powerful but can make your code hard to trace
- First project: build a blog with CRUD operations, user authentication, and basic templates to tie everything together

There is no separate price for it. WebPrims charges one fee — ₹4,500 / month — and it covers any course in the catalogue, so the Django course works out at about 4 months — around ₹18,000 in total. No admission fee, no registration fee, and the certificate is included.
Monday to Saturday, with batches starting at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Each slot runs up to two hours — sometimes a session finishes early, never late. That works out at roughly 192 hours of class time across the 16 Weeks. Pick whichever time fits around college or work, and move to another later if your timetable changes; it is the same Django syllabus in each. We are closed on Sunday.
16 Weeks of taught material, which is about 4 months of Django classes. That is the pace of the syllabus; how long you actually take depends on how often you turn up, and nobody is pushed to keep up with the batch.
