Privacy Policy

What we do with your details when you contact us, in plain terms. It is a short policy because this site does very little with your data.

Last updated 10 September 2026

The short version

We ask for your name, email and phone only when you choose to send us an enquiry, and we use them to reply to it. We do not run analytics, we do not set tracking cookies, we do not sell or share your details with advertisers, and enquiries are not kept in a database — they arrive as an email in our own inbox.

What we collect, and when

Nothing at all while you are simply reading the site. Personal information reaches us only when you submit one of our forms — a course enquiry, a curriculum request, the course finder, or a demo class booking.

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, where the form asks for it
  • Anything you type into the message box
  • Which course you selected, and for a demo booking the day and time you picked

Why we collect it

To answer you. If you asked about a course we reply about that course; if you booked a demo class we call to confirm it. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not message you about unrelated things.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

Your enquiry is sent as an email to our own address at Zoho Mail. It is not written to any database on this website. That means the only copy is the email itself, and it stays in that inbox for as long as it is useful for answering you and keeping a record of the conversation.

You can ask us to delete it at any time — email or call using the details at the end of this page and it will be removed.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, nothing that follows you to other sites.

One cookie exists: a session cookie that lets our own staff stay signed in to the admin area. It is never set for visitors.

The HTML playground saves whatever you type into your own browser's local storage so your work is still there if you close the tab. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Other companies involved

Running a website means a few other companies handle parts of it. These are the ones that can see anything, and what they see:

  • Vercel — hosts the site, so it handles the ordinary request logs any web host keeps.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — the spam check on our forms. It looks at the submission to decide whether it is a person, not at who you are.
  • Zoho Mail — carries and stores the email your enquiry becomes.
  • Supabase — stores the blog posts and their images. It holds no personal information about visitors.
  • Google Maps — the map embedded on the contact page is loaded from Google, which means Google can see that a browser requested it.

What we never do

  • Sell your information, to anyone, for any reason
  • Pass it to advertisers or data brokers
  • Use it to retarget you with ads
  • Add you to a mailing list because you asked one question

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will do it — there is no form to fill and no process to go through.

Children

We teach school-age students, and a parent or guardian should be the one submitting an enquiry for anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us their details without a parent knowing, tell us and we will delete them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting something new without saying so here.
